Patient characteristics: 

Was admitted to internal medicine in 2021 due to pain and drainage from an ulcer located at the left leg Achilles tendon area Without recall off a preceding trauma Failure of skin graft, persistent MRSA infection, proximal propagation of the infection V.A.C (Vacuum-assisted closure) and antimicrobial treatment sinus draining pus.
